DESCRIPTION FOR SOLENOID VALVE SERIES V70 (5/3 WAY - CENTERS)

The Series V70 5/3-Way (Centers) Directional Solenoid Valve is the gold standard for demanding industrial pneumatic automation. With a third central rest position, it offers absolute, millimetric control over double-acting pneumatic actuators. Built to last millions of cycles, it is the definitive choice for systems that require precise intermediate stops, emergency stops and safety maneuvers under the most severe plant conditions.

Key Features:

  • Total Position Control (Centers): Available in three configurations (Closed Center, Open/Exhaust Center and Pressurized Center), adapting to any need to block or release energy in your pneumatic circuit.

  • High-Precision Machined Body: Its strict internal tolerances minimize spool friction and reduce internal seal wear, ensuring extended service life even in continuous duty.

  • Heavy-Duty Performance: Equipped with fast-response, low-heating double solenoids, designed to maintain reliability on uninterrupted assembly lines.

  • Efficient Centralization: Fully compatible with multiple aluminum bases (BM Series Manifolds), allowing complex circuits to be grouped while saving space, wiring and hoses.

Technical Specifications:

  • Function: 5/3 Way (5 ports, 3 positions with spring return to center).

  • Center Configurations: Closed Centers (C), Open Centers (E) and Pressurized Centers (P).

  • Actuation Type: Double Solenoid.

  • Connection Ports: 1/8", 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" NPT (Body sizes 100, 200, 300 and 400).

  • Coil Voltage Options (VT): 12 VDC, 24 VDC, 24 VAC, 110 VAC and 220 VAC.

  • Compatible Fluid: Compressed air filtered to 40 microns (lubricated or non-lubricated).

  • Working Pressure: 1.5 to 8.0 bar (22 to 115 psi).

  • Temperature Range: -5°C to 60°C.

  • Protection and Insulation: Coils sealed against dust and water jets with IP65 protection rating and Class F insulation.
